Information That You Provide to Us

The Customer (“you”) may provide us with information about yourself when you visit Chainstream’s website. We may send you emails and notifications to verify your identity, provide important updates, or inform you about Chainstream Products. You authorize us to send these messages when you provide your contact details. Standard text or data charges may apply. Disabling notifications may impact security.

Products, Content, and Specifications

Details regarding Chainstream Products available for purchase are provided on Chainstream’s website. Features, specifications, and pricing of products and services are subject to change at any time without notice. While we strive for uninterrupted data availability, service disruptions or delivery delays may occur, and we will notify you accordingly. Products must be used in compliance with all applicable laws.

Subscriptions

Monthly Subscription Terms

Subscription details are provided at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you agree to those terms.

Additional API Credits

If your allocated monthly API credits are exhausted, additional credits will be automatically consumed, resulting in extra charges.

Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle, based on your selection. If you exceed credit limits or fail to pay overage fees, your account may be canceled after a 24-hour grace period.

Custom Data Services

Custom data streams may be available for enterprise customers, subject to approval.

Your Account and Permitted Users

You must register for an account to access Chainstream Products. You certify that the information you provide is accurate and agree to keep it updated.

“Permitted Users” are those authorized under your account to use Chainstream Products. You are responsible for any activity conducted under your account.

Customer Responsibilities and Resale Restrictions

By using Chainstream Products, you agree to:

  • Be responsible for all usage and associated fees.
  • Use Chainstream Products in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
  • Prevent unauthorized access to your account.
  • Notify Chainstream immediately in case of a security breach.
  • Not sublicense, resell, or distribute Chainstream Products to third parties.
  • Not interfere with the normal operation of Chainstream Products.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or derive source code from Chainstream’s proprietary technology.
  • Not create derivative products from Chainstream data without authorization.

You are prohibited from assigning, selling, marketing, licensing, or otherwise making the API Services available to any unauthorized third parties.

Usage Alerts

Alerts are sent to inform you of your API credit usage. API credits do not roll over and are non-transferable. Overages are billed separately. You can monitor real-time usage in your Chainstream user portal.

Billing

API credits are included in the subscription and billed monthly. Any overages will be billed at the applicable overage rate.

No Cancellation or Refunds

By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital blockchain data services and the ability for users to access data immediately, no cancellations or refunds will be provided once the subscription is activated.

Security and Permissible Use

You are responsible for the security of your account and must notify Chainstream immediately if you detect unauthorized access. Rate limits may be enforced. Chainstream Products must be used in compliance with applicable laws.

No Warranties

Chainstream Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Use of the services is at your own risk. Chainstream disclaims all liability for any errors, inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Chainstream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Chainstream Products.

Total liability is limited to the greater of the fees paid by you in the last three months or twenty dollars ($20).

Modification and Severability

Chainstream may change these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates on the website. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Testimonial Release

By using Chainstream, you agree to allow Chainstream to use your company name, logo, and testimonial for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included, you may contact us.
