Chainstream does not enforce any rate limiting. The number of credits consumed solely measures your usage.
Total Cost Calculation
To calculate your monthly cost, use the following formula:- X = Plan type
- A(X) = Base price of Plan X
- B(X) = Included compute units in Plan X
- T(X) = Total compute units used in the month
- F(X) = Overage cost per 1 million compute units in Plan X

At Chainstream, we offer flexible payment methods to accommodate both traditional and crypto-native users.Payment Methods
Credit/Debit Card Payments
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) via Stripe, a secure and widely trusted payment processor. Stripe ensures fast, encrypted transactions with enhanced protection of your payment data.
Crypto Payments (USDC, USDT)
We also support payments in stablecoins such as USDC and USDT.If you wish to pay via crypto, please contact our support team for instructions.
📌 Crypto payments are available only for longer-term subscription plans (3 months or more).
Managing Payments & Subscriptions
You can manage your payment methods, upgrade or downgrade your plan, and view billing history directly from your Chainstream account dashboard.

Cancellation Due to Overage
If overage charges exceed 50% of your subscription package, Chainstream will issue an invoice. Non-payment within 24 hours results in suspension.

Subscriptions unpaid within three days after renewal dates will automatically cancel, and Service access will cease.
Crypto Payment
Crypto Payment
Crypto-based subscribers must prepay a minimum of three months. Services will cease if renewal payment is not completed within three days of invoice issuance.
Overage Charge Rules
Stripe Payment Users
Overage charges apply once the monthly Credits included in your subscription are fully consumed. If payment fails and remains unresolved for more than one day, your account will be temporarily suspended. If the payment issue persists beyond three days, the account may be canceled.
Crypto Payment Users
Crypto payments are prepaid. Overage charges are automatically deducted from your prepaid Credit balance. Once this balance is depleted, you must renew your payment to continue accessing Chainstream services.
Subscription Changes
Upgrading Subscription
Select the desired plan (Premium, Business, or Enterprise) in your account settings and confirm. Upgrades apply immediately, and your payment method is charged instantly.
Downgrading Subscription
Choose a lower-tier plan within your account settings. Changes take immediate effect. Your billing is adjusted instantly based on the new plan.
Reactivating Subscription
Reactivate by choosing your desired subscription in your account settings. Reactivation occurs immediately, and billing resumes instantly.
Cancelling Subscription
To cancel your subscription, select “Cancel Subscription” in your account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period.
Payment & Refund Policy
Please note that all subscription changes are final, and no refunds are provided. Any remaining API credits will not be transferred to your new plan.
